The Guestroom
Our spacious guestrooms capture the essence of style and comfort. Elegantly furnished and blended with modern comforts, all guestrooms feature a well-dressed king or queen bed and amenities such as fine linens with down pillows and duvets and flat screen TV with DVD/CD player.

The Private Bath
Private baths in each guestroom are appointed with special features including plush robes, whirlpool spa tubs, double head showers, imported Italian fixtures and bath products by June Jacobs.

The Business Traveler
Traveling on business has its perks when you stay at the Inn. Relax in any of our lounge areas on the first floor, or find ample workspace in your guestroom. Wireless internet access allows you to enjoy web surfing even on the front porch. Other business conveniences include a laptop station, copy and fax service and late check-in.

The Breakfast
Savor your full gourmet breakfast complete with hot entrée, homemade breads and fresh fruits in the formal dining room, sunlit enclosed porch or front wraparound porch. Our menu changes daily and is prepared fresh for your selected breakfast time.

The Atmosphere
The Inn at Oak Street provides beautiful common areas for guests to enjoy, from lounging in the sunroom, to mingling in the Parlor, to watching a movie on the wide screen TV in the Library. We offer the perfect atmosphere for business travel or leisure escapes. The main floor of our 100-year-old home provides a unique ambience for larger parties and weddings. Rates and General Information

Rates: $120-$180 (click on room photos for individual room rates). Rates may vary for holidays and special events.

Corporate rates are available and extended to those traveling on business Sunday through Thursday at single occupancy per room.

Please add $15 for each additional person per night.

Rates include full gourmet breakfast, all of the Inn's amenities and evening refreshments.

Weekend minimum is two nights, holiday minimums vary.

We are unable to accommodate pets.

Accommodations are suitable for children over 12.

Smoking is permitted outside only.

To confirm your reservation, your credit card information is required.

Check in is 3pm. Arrivals after 6pm require advance notice.
Check out is 11am.

Cancellation Policy: Due to the size of the Inn, cancellations affect us significantly. If you do not cancel within the time required, refund is subject to re-rental of room. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so by contacting us via phone and speaking with an innkeeper who will provide you with a cancellation number. Cancellations via phone message system or e-mail are not valid.

The Reservation is for:	You will not be charged if you cancel the reservation:
1-4 Nights	7 days prior to check-in date
5 or More Nights	14 days prior to check-in date
Special Events, Holidays or Whole House bookings	45 days prior to check-in date

Business Cancellation Policy: We understand that business trips are subject to change at a moment's notice. We ask that cancellations be made at least two days prior to check-in date to avoid full charges. (example - a Monday reservation needs to be cancelled the Friday prior to avoid charges). Exception: If a total of four or more room nights are booked, we require a 7 day cancellation prior to check-in date.
Please Note: The business cancellation policy is extended to those receiving a corporate rate and traveling Sunday through Thursday at single occupancy per room.
